pleasant, clean hotel with reasonably good breakfasts. marvellous location for exploring vienna with a shuttle to the airport. right next to u-bahn station, easy to travel around.

Perfect city hotel, couldn't be better! Sweet surprise at check-in for Valentine's Day.
Everything was perfect, just small details! But a matter of taste: carpet on the floor. Curtains do not completely darken. Very warm in the breakfast room. Breakfast is repeated every 2 days. Courtyard room with upgrade only. Front room with church bells at 8:00.

The location of the hotel is ideal, one has a very good connection to public transport. The hotel staff is very friendly, the breakfast tastes excellent.
The heating could not be regulated well, it was quite cold in the room. If you wanted to set the heating higher, you had to accept a noise. Nevertheless, it still remained quite cool in the room.

The venue was quiet, I liked the location close to the metro stations, body lotion which had wonderful scents and airport, and garden views. Soundproof standard queen room was modest. There was a wide array of appetising options for continental breakfast. The location was central, magnificent convenient to the conference centre. Found a place called Caffe Intermezzo, set right next to the hotel, ate there a few times.

The staff were helpful, assisting with everything from drinks to taxi arrangements. The breakfast selection was extensive, catering to a variety of dietary needs and included delicious mini kiwi fruits.
The room could have benefited from more natural light.
